The UHC 2023 Forum in collaboration with the Chatham House UK is organizing a Stakeholders UHC Summit to forge a consensus, build a broad-based coalition of critical stakeholders and chart a course of action towards enhanced prioritization of the health sector by the political class.
The UHC Summit is geared towards taking advantage of the policy window that will be created by the forthcoming general elections to raise the political profile of health in Nigeria and create a ‘health manifesto’ for adaptation by the major political parties in the country.
The UHC 2023 Forum is a coalition of a wide array of stakeholders, including donor agencies, development partners, Civil Society Organizations and the media, that are committed to taking advantage of the policy window that will be created by the forthcoming general elections to put UHC on the political front burner.
