As part of the technical support to improve the institutional and operational capacity of Gombe State Contributory Health Management Agency (GoHealth) to fully implement its contributory health scheme, DGI Consult supported the Agency to develop its Strategic Plan, operational manuals and Service Level Agreement (SLA). Thereafter, DGI Consult co-facilitated a 3-day technical workshop with members of the Agency and other relevant stakeholders to review the documents and train the healthcare providers on how to use of them. The Agency was also supported to hold its maiden GoHealth Providers’ Forum and deliberations on the key elements of the GoHealth Tertiary Institutions Students Healthcare Program (TISHP) during the 3-day workshop.
