In a bid to reposition the Nasarawa State Health Insurance Agency (NASHIA) for optimal performance, DGI Consult was recently engaged to develop a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan to improve the design and promote effective implementation of the Nasarawa State Health Insurance Scheme. The process of developing the strategic plan started with a 2-day stakeholder’s workshop held on the 10th and 11th February 2022 to articulate the key strategic goals to be achieved by the Agency in the next 5 years.
The strategic plan clearly articulates the strategic objectives of the Agency, the interventions needed to effectively implement its operations and reposition the Agency for optimal performance, and a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for appraising its progress.
