Two years after providing start-up technical support to the Nasarawa State Health Insurance Agency (NASHIA), DGI Consult has been engaged to develop a 5-year comprehensive Strategic Plan to improve the design and promote effective implementation of the scheme. The strategic plan will articulate the strategic objectives the Agency, the interventions needed to effectively implement its operations and reposition the Agency for optimal performance, and a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for appraising its progress.
