Ismail Abdulrazak works as a Program Officer at DGI Consult. He has over four years of experience in implementing health systems interventions.

With a sound technical background, he has played key roles in supporting the implementation of donor-funded projects and support to states at different levels in strengthening the health sector. These include but are not limited to start-up technical design support for state health insurance agencies, organizational capacity strengthening for health system actors, the conduct of health financing diagnostics (FSA, PFM, PER), survey management and data collection, and community engagement among others.

Ismail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He’s passionate about service to humanity, with the overall goal of contributing to the attainment of Universal Health Coverage targeting the poor and vulnerable Nigerians.
